These terms cover orders from Coco Beans Creations, a handmade crafts shop in San Antonio, Texas.

Orders and pickup

Placing an order reserves your items. No payment is collected online. We’ll contact you using your chosen Instagram handle or phone number to arrange a pickup time and place in San Antonio. There is no walk-in shop or fixed pickup address.

Please provide contact details you check regularly. Payment is due at pickup; we’ll confirm the available payment methods when we contact you. If you need to get in touch first, message @coco.beans.creations on Instagram with your order number.

Pickup prices

For pickup orders, the listed price is the amount you pay, before any discounts. Texas state and local sales and use tax is included in the sales price.

Shipping

Shipping is not available through checkout yet. Current orders are for pickup by arrangement in San Antonio.

Cancellations and returns

If you change your mind before pickup, message us with your order number to cancel. Please let us know if you need to rearrange pickup.

Please inspect your items at pickup before paying. After pickup, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If you discover a problem afterward, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can discuss a solution. This does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Handmade and custom pieces

Read each listing for the item’s details and care information. Handmade pieces may have small differences in appearance. Custom requests are discussed separately; we’ll agree on the details, price and timing before work begins.
