We collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, billing address, order details, and Instagram handle or phone number. We use them to manage your order, arrange pickup, answer questions and keep required records. If you create an account, we also store your account details.

Our website uses cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop may not work. Technical information, such as IP address, browser information and error logs, may be processed to operate and protect the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and site performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or fingerprinting to track individual visitors. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its practices.

Who can see it

The people managing Coco Beans Creations can access information needed to run the shop. Providers supporting our website, hosting, security, backups and communications may process information needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We do not sell customer information or use it for targeted advertising. Reviews you submit may appear publicly with your display name. Please do not include private contact details in a review.

We use Instagram or text messages to arrange pickup using your chosen contact method. Those services have their own privacy practices. No payment is collected through this website at present; any payment service used at pickup handles payment information under its own policy.

Storage and your choices

Order and account records are stored on our website. Copies may also be in backups. Our email logging tool stores copies of store emails and delivery information, accessible to site managers. Records may need to be retained for order support, security, accounting or legal obligations.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by messaging @coco.beans.creations on Instagram. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be kept where the law requires or permits it.
