What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, Instagram handle or phone number, and what you ordered.
• If you make an account: your login details and order history.
• When you browse: cookies keep your cart and sign-in working. Our site tools also see basic technical info like your IP address and browser.

Why we use it

We use your details to handle your order, message you to set up pickup, answer your questions and keep the records we need for taxes and bookkeeping. We don’t sell your information or use it for ads.

Tools we use to run the site

• Jetpack Stats and WooCommerce Analytics (by Automattic) show us how many people visit and how the shop gets used.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies.
• Jetpack also helps protect the site from spam and attacks, and loads images faster.
• Our hosting, backup and email tools keep copies of orders and store emails.

Messages and payment

We set up pickup over Instagram DM or text, whichever you choose. Instagram and your phone carrier have their own privacy policies. If you pay with a card or payment app, that payment service handles your payment details.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for your order, bookkeeping and the law. Copies can also stay in backups for a while.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete your information by messaging @coco.beans.creations on Instagram. We may need to check it’s really you first. Some records we have to keep by law.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
